Delivery Challenges

Return Policy

 

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • We accept returns 3 days of the purchase date.

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging.

    • Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are defective.

    • Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

    • Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or damaged.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    • Refunds are typically processed within 7 days, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  6. Defective or Damaged Items:

    • We will replace the item free of charge or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

  7. Exchange Policy:
