At Nayantra, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care to ensure that every jewellery product delivered to you meets our quality standards.

🔁 Returns

  • We offer returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted for:

    • Customized or made-to-order jewellery

    • Products showing signs of wear or damage

    • Items returned without original packaging

💰 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

🔄 Replacement

  • In case of damaged or incorrect product delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear images.
